Operations Coordinator
Overview
Apex Assembly is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Senior Partnerships Manager to help grow strategic sponsor relationships and drive revenue opportunities across our executive events portfolio. You will work closely with enterprise partners, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams to deliver customized partnership solutions that create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with strategic sponsors and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue channels
- Develop customized sponsorship packages aligned with client goals
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams on campaign execution
- Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
